Service Engineer - Air conidtioning (五天半工作, OT補水)

Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related disciplines;

2 years relevant experience in Air-conditioning maintenance or installation;

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintenance service and project execution of Air Conditioning Units and Monitoring System (e.g CCTV, Sensaphone, Water Detection System..) in the Data Center;
Prepare contract submission with quotation, working program, method statement, material submission and progress report etc.;
Monitoring the after sales service and provide the solution to customer for improvement work;
Monitor and supervise all monitoring and control system works; System implementation including system configuration, programming, trouble shooting, etc;
Source materials and spare parts for maintenance services;
Liaise with clients, supplier, contractors and consultants;

Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related disciplines;
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in BMS/EMS (Energy Management System) maintenance or installation;
Experience in software programming and hands-on field commissioning;
Knowledge in MVAC and Data Center Equipment is an advantage;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
Good initiative, hard working and capable of working independently and under pressure;
